1. Working principle:
Based on the thermoelectric effect, when two different metal conductors form a circuit with different temperatures at both ends, a thermoelectric potential related to the temperature difference will be generated. The temperature change can be determined by measuring the thermoelectric potential.
2. Structural composition:
Internally composed of two thermocouple wires of different metals, filled with insulating oxide (such as MgO) in the middle, and wrapped in a high-strength stainless steel or nickel alloy protective shell on the outside, which can effectively resist external interference and damage.
3. Temperature measurement range:
It can operate in a wide temperature range of -200 ° C to+1260 ° C or even higher, and is suitable for various high and low temperature environments.
